Returns: If order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been collected by our courier, any items being returned must be in their original packaging to prevent any further damage. You will have responsibility for looking after the items until we collect it, we will reimburse the price of the items within 30 days from the date of which you inform us that wish to cancel the order, provided that the order has been collected by the courier. Incorrect sizes: If the item you have ordered is the incorrect size, we will happily exchange it for a different size. However, to cover restocking and the extra postage to send out the replacement item, we reserve the right to charge you a small handling fee.
