Faulty or broken items
If your order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email on or by post by writing  to Brooks Cycles, Unit 3 & 4, Puzzle Square, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 7LE. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us, providing that the merchandise has been collected by our courier, any items being returned must be in their original packaging to prevent any further damage.

Incorrect sizes
If the item you have ordered is the incorrect size, we will happily exchange it for a different size. However, to cover restocking and the extra postage to send out the replacement item, we reserve the right to charge you a small handling fee. Please contact us at and we will advise you of our returns procedure for items you wish to swap.

Other returns
We are pleased to offer a refund or exchange of your purchase (at your discretion), provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information (such as packing notes) within 7 days of you receiving it. All refunds will exclude any postage paid.

Postage costs
It is up to you to pay the postage to return any items to us. We recommend that you use a signed-for service as we cannot accept any responsibility for parcels that go missing on their way back to us.

We recommend using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service to return goods, this will ensure that there is proof of delivery and insures the goods whilst in transit. We are not responsible for losses during return transit.

We are unable to accept returns for special ordered items that we do not stock. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
